Real Estate Class - an Open Letter 2

Hi guys! It's me, I sit in the back in one of those little desk chairs. Yeah, that's me. Anyway I just wanted to point out to ya'll that this is a REAL ESTATE CLASS and not a READING COMPREHENSION CLASS. You know the difference right? Well the main difference is that when we are going over the practice test (again...no grades in this class, just the final exam) and you get the answer wrong, we maybe don't need to spend 10 minutes discussing how you misread the question and thought it was asking something different. The fact is the question in question was actually very cut and dry and pretty much common sense. I am sorry that ya'll weren't aware that this wasn't a high school English class and that you are once again not receiving a grade.

I was going to address this letter to guy in the front who thinks he's more important than he is, and then to guy who is too skinny for his hair but then at least two more of you jumped on that bandwagon last night - so now you all get included. All the guys because we're not finished with the practice tests and I'm sure that somebody new will complain that they got the question wrong (IN A PRACTICE TEST THAT ONLY YOU SEE) because they misread it. Don't announce it, keep it to yourself that you don't have basic comprehension skills and study your ass off for the licensing exam. I hope that we don't work together in the real estate world because I will not forget how you argued against the wording of a question.

I honestly can't wait until you have a client that asks you to explain a contract. I'd love to be a fly on the wall. "I'm sorry you got screwed out of a $10,000 repair, I just misread the contract."

So excited to snicker silently at you again tonight!

-K
